[Usrp-announce] Ettus Research update

The Ettus Research office will be closed from June 20th through 
July7th.  During that time we will not be able to ship any product, or 
create any quotes.  All orders placed after June 18th will held until 
July 7th.

We have also changed our international shipping policy.  International 
credit card orders will be charged $150 for estimated shipping 
expenses.  If the actual shipping expenses are less than $150, you will 
receive a refund on the credit card for the difference.  If the actual 
charges are substantially more than $150 then we will need to place a 
second charge for the difference.
